Day 15 – June 2, 2010

We all had a good morning breakfast and I met a lot more locals who were wondering what was parked in front of their restaurant.  It was time to say good-bye to everyone as I headed West and Sis and company were heading East to Duluth, Minnesota, for Randy and Lloyd's family reunion.  The weather was looking nasty again the further West I got.  I made it to Rapid City at about 1:00 and went to where my brother, Brion, works at Adam's Machine and Welding.  When his boss found out that I was visiting from out of state, he let Brion leave early.  I had a good conversation with Bob, the owner.  We went to Brion's house and he got on his shovelhead and we rode to see Craig.  It started to rain on us a little as we went to where his daughter, Krista works and saw her too.  It was time for lunch and back to his house where I helped him lay out some stair trim for his remodeling job. Next the skies did it again with a lot of thunder and lightning and a lot of rain.  I was in the house this time.  I hope that the storm goes east before I leave at 5:00 tomorrow.  Short news day today as tomorrow will be a lot longer ride to get closer to home.....
